Thank you for choosing to use me as your real estate agent here in Savannah/ Hilton Head! It means a lot to me personally.

Purchasing a home does not have to be an overwhelming process. We can make it very easy. Here are the steps to get started!

My goal is to treat everyone with the exact same level of luxury service regardless of your budget. I do have some upfront requirements before we get started.

Cash or Financing?

If cash, we will need an amount. We will need a proof of funds letter from your bank.

If we are doing a mortgage, my requirement is for you to connect with a lender now and obtain a pre-approval letter. Please note that this process will pull your credit.

In this meeting we will:

  1. Go over the agency agreement.
  2. Discuss your home search and the tools that we will be using.
  3. Schedule times to go look at properties together.

Whew! Why do I require all of this?

  1. Putting the financing at the very beginning of the process means that we are prepared to make an offer if we fall in love during the home tour. Sometimes, time may not be on our side and we want to make sure that we can move faster than our competition!
  2. Setting the apps up now ensures that our information technology systems are working correctly now vs in the middle of the tour which distracts us from enjoying our home tour.
  3. The video call ahead of the tour properly sets the expectations for the entire sales process and allows us to virtually meet and get to know one another ahead of the visit.
