Savannah Quarters: HOA + Club Information
Savannah Quarters is located in Pooler, Ga. It is a great option for buyers that want to live in a gated community that has access to golf, tennis, and a giant resort style pool. It is like living full time on vacation!
Initiation Fee
The initiation fee is $2,000 (not golf). Golf is a separate amount (see me for details).
HOA
HOA stands for Home Owner's Association dues. These dues cover the common area landscaping and security for the community as well as enforce the rules of the community. As of April 1st 2025 the annual dues are $1,820 a year.
If you buy a townhome, there are extra dues that apply that may covert things like common area maintenance for the town home as well as roof replacement and annual power washing of the villa.
The monthly villa fees are:
- Westbrook Retreat Villas: $175/month
- Westbrook Golf Villas: $240/month
- Westbrook Parke: $375 / month
Club Dues
Separate of the HOA, the Club operates as an independent entity. It has two restaurants inside as well as a large event space. The club hosts a variety of events each month for the members. Some examples include:
- A night where the members make different drinks from the James Bond movies.
- A night where the kids do arts and crafts.
- Wine tastings.
- Live music.
These events are completely private for just the members. The monthly club dues are: $210 a month.
Food and Beverage Min
Savannah Quarters is an excellent place to have a second home. However, you must spend at least $40 on food and beverage each month.
